All first time initial orders placed by new customers have a 24 hour cancellation window (calendar hours) from the time of order to the receipt of any cancellation and/or refund request. In order to cancel your first time initial order you must email your cancellation request before the close of the 24 hour window (calendar hours). Unfortunately, due to immediate product purchasing protocols that initiate within 24 hours of an order placed, there are no refunds for first time initial order requests that come in after the 24 hour window.

• Change of Services

We’re always trying to improve the Services so that they may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, or we may introduce new features or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services. We’ll try to notice when we make a material change to the Services that would adversely affect you, but this isn’t always practical. • Shipping and Returns

All sales are final, and we do not allow returns or substitutions of products. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any orders and Memberships. We may refuse any cancellation requests for products and orders at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to provide substantially similar products to fulfill your order. If you receive a damaged, expired or incomplete order, please contact us at customercare@survivalbox.com. Within two [2] weeks of receiving your order. We may offer a partial refund for only the damaged product or replacements solely at our discretion. We are no longer responsible for damage to your order or the risk of loss once we deliver your order to the common carrier for shipment to you. Title to your order passes from us to you when we deliver your order to the common carrier. We reserve the right to choose any common carrier to ship your order to you. We may not be able to have your order shipped to a post office box, to specific addresses, or on certain days. We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple boxes or shipments.

You can change your delivery address at any time by either logging into your Survival BoxesOnline Account or by sending an email to customercare@survivalbox.com. In order to affect a particular months shipment, you must submit your address change prior to your next renewal billing (before the 1st of the month). Survival Box is unable to provide refunds for any address changes that come in on or after the 1st of the month.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Survival Boxesor other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
